General Rules & Regulations

Registration Guidelines
Age Verification
Participants must provide valid age proof (birth certificate, school ID, or passport) during registration. Age will be calculated as of 31st December 2024.
Registration Fee
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of registration to confirm participation.
Multiple Competitions
Participants can register for multiple competitions but must pay separate fees for each category. Group discounts available for 3+ competitions.
Submission Guidelines
Artwork Originality
All submissions must be original work created by the participant. Copying from internet, books, or other sources will lead to immediate disqualification.
Submission Format
Submit high-quality photos (minimum 300 DPI) in JPEG/PNG format. Maximum file size: 10MB. Include participant details on the back of physical artwork.
Deadline Compliance
Submissions received after the deadline (20 September 2025, 11:59 PM IST) will not be considered. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.
Artwork Specifications
Size Requirements
Artwork size should be minimum A4 (210 × 297 mm) and maximum A3 (297 × 420 mm). Digital art should be created at 300 DPI resolution for print quality.
Medium & Materials
Any art medium is allowed (watercolor, oil, acrylic, pencil, digital, etc.). Mixed media is permitted. Ensure artwork is properly fixed to prevent smudging.
Theme Adherence
Artwork must strictly follow the given theme for each competition category. Off-theme entries will be disqualified regardless of artistic quality.
Judging & Evaluation
Evaluation Criteria
Artworks will be judged on creativity (30%), technique (25%), theme interpretation (25%), originality (15%), and overall impact (5%).
Expert Panel
Judging panel consists of renowned artists, art educators, and industry professionals. All decisions are final and binding.
Result Declaration
Results will be announced on 31 September 2025. Winners will be notified via email and phone. Results will be published on the official website.
Awards & Recognition
Prize Distribution
Cash prizes will be transferred to winner's bank account within 30 days of result declaration. Digital certificates will be emailed within 7 days.
Certificate Eligibility
All participants who submit valid entries will receive participation certificates. Winners get special achievement certificates with their ranking.
Publication Rights
Sparsh Arts reserves the right to use winning artworks for promotional purposes with proper credit to the artist. Original ownership remains with the creator.

Disqualification
Plagiarism, late submission, or violation of any rule leads to immediate disqualification without refund.
Updates
Any rule changes will be communicated via email and website notifications. Check regularly for updates.

🎨Sparsh Art Competition at
Ramrao Adik Public School, Shrirampur!
Sparsh Art National Level Drawing Competition was successfully organized at Ramrao Adik Public School, Shrirampur, where over 200 talented students showcased their creativity and imagination through art. Along with the participants, 15 outstanding students, as well as the Principal and Drawing Teachers, were specially honored by Sparsh Art for their contribution and dedication to promoting art and creativity among students.
The event aimed to encourage young minds to express themselves through colors and ideas. The event was a true celebration of colours, creativity, and confidence!

The event truly embodied the spirit of nurturing young talent and inspiring a lifelong love for art.
The event became a beautiful celebration of imagination, colours, and confidence. Students showcased their artistic skills through vibrant drawings and creative expressions that reflected their innocence and brilliance.
